OnDisplay

OnDisplay is a public multimedia display package, that is extremely intuitive for members of the public to use. The package is ideal for museums, shopping centres, in fact anywhere that information needs to be given to the general public.

OnDisplay will work with movies, audio, slides shows, web pages, and interactive slide displays. The software supports all common formats.

With OnDisplay, all the display options are right there in the package. There is no need to edit files. Enter the colors, sizes, graphics, background, etc right there in the administration program.

You can give OnDIsplay the power to size your screen and layout automatically, or take complete control and decide where every element will be placed on the screen.

OnDisplay also includes a e-postcard feature, where your guests can e-mail a postcard of your venue back to friends and family, which apart from being a great feature publicises your venue.

An intelligent screensaver ensures you do not have monitor burn-in, and also takes your display back to the first page, ready for the next user.

OnDisplay is wriiten by Empirical, so it can be customised for your organisation. We can also convert your video and audio content, and do the design of the entire layout for you.

OnDisplay has been running at the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island Museum since 2002.
